MARS STOUT Data Services Managers were responsible for the in-house development of our TCRS ( Tax Credit Retrieval System) Software. Mike Clark, VP. of I.S., has invested more than 20 years with MARS STOUT, creating innovative software and database development for tax credit programs. Mike developed one of the first-of-its-kind tax credit calculation programs for the federal Targeted Jobs Tax Credit (TJTC) program, the predecessor to the current Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. This exemplifies MARS STOUT’s longstanding history of innovation and excellence as leaders in the tax credit industry.
Our TCRS Software identifies potential eligibility, and monitors the certification process of new employees hired by our clients, whether for federal or state tax credit and incentive programs. The TCRS application has undergone continual innovations and modifications, incorporating technological as well as state and federal program changes, maintaining its state-of-the-art capabilities.
Our clients currently have the ability to FTP all wage and new-hire information to dedicated directories using our PGP encryption certificate for security.
